This Privacy Policy describes how MY FAMILY ABROAD, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 999 956 303 ("MFA", "we", "our"), collects, uses, retains, and shares your personal data, as well as the rights available to you.
MFA operates an SMS customer care program for account holders who have opted in to receive text messages.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

This Policy applies to all personal data processed by MFA in connection with: the MyFamilyAbroad website and applications (the "Platform"), the matchmaking and homestay immersion support services (the "Services"), and offline communications (email, phone, WhatsApp Business, support).
We may modify this Policy at any time. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you in accordance with applicable regulations. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
